The Queensland Investment Corporation were looking to rebrand their star shopping centres. Part of this refurbishment was creating a digital experience that enhanced the connection between people, communities and physical destinations by ensuring that cohesive messaging was present for each stage of their journey, whether online and offline.
We carried the new voice through a large-scale rebrand across the website, in-centre comms, app, direct and physical hording, aking utilitarian copy and putting an emotional spin on it, to bring a sense of meaning to each section.
